These one of a kind white gold, diamond and sapphire  A symmetrical earrings won a boodles award for design and 2 further awards for craftmanship and setting at the annual GCDC
craftmanship and design awards in London.

GCDC Gold awards 2021

A string in the tail bangle.

Designed by Mandy and completely hand crafted and diamond set by Carl in 18ct white gold, diamond ,fancy yellow diamonds and pearls.

Carl won a gold award for craftmanship, silver award for setting and The BOODLES award for fine Jewellery.

GCDC winners

The Goldsmiths’ Craft and Design Council is an organisation that promotes the highest standards in design and craftsmanship within the jewellery, goldsmithing, silversmithing industry and allied crafts. As part of the promotion of excellence the Council runs the annual Craftsmanship & Design Awards. Fondly known as the ‘Oscars of the Industry’ they reward outstanding technical skill and design ability.

Mandy has won Three gold awards for jewellery design between 2018-2021 and four silver awards for design from 2015-2017

Carl has won two silver awards in 2019 and 2020 and was Highly Commended for the GRAFF Patrons award in 2018.

 

 

LONMIN DESIGN AWARD 2012

Mandy’s “Thrill of the chase” platinum and diamond earrings won this award in 2012.

The award recognises innovative design in platinum.

These red carpet, chandelier diamond earrings are an abstract spiral design, formed from chasing dragonflies with a cascading chain, set with tiny floating diamonds giving a continual sense of movement.

 

SAUL BELL AWARD FINALIST

Mandy’s pandora ring was one of five finalists in the international design award which recognises distinction in jewellery design.

The platinum, diamond and blue zircon ring was inspired by the flora in science fiction film ‘Avatar’. The ring has a fountain type centre from which hang 12 diamonds that constantly quiver.
